Pro-Bono & Grant Services

For clients receiving complimentary or grant-funded services (e.g., "Free Website Initiative"), the following strict attribution terms apply:

  • Websites: A "Designed by Vexal Digital" link must remain in the footer for the site's lifetime.
  • Graphics: Complimentary graphic assets may contain a discreet watermark.
  • Removal: Removal of attribution without purchasing the "White Label" upgrade constitutes a breach of contract, liable for the full commercial value of the service ($1,500+ USD).

3. Third-Party Services

Our websites are hosted on Netlify and may utilize third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs integration). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external platforms, though we only partner with industry-standard providers.
